The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with stylish contemporary island-style furnishings and large flatscreen HDTV with digital cable channels, DVD player (a selection of family DVDs is provided) and Nintendo Wii. The master bedroom also has a large flatscreen TV and DVD player. The outdoor lanai (patio) has great ocean views and overlooks the landscaped courtyard area with fountain. The bedrooms are all very separated, offering privacy for families or friends traveling together. The den/3rd bedroom closes off from the living room with frosted glass doors, and with a twin and a queen bed, this room is perfect for the kids!
Beach access is just across the street from Kamaole Sands (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park), and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This unit includes Nintendo Wii, large beach towels, lightweight beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, tennis rackets, cooler and baby items such as Pack-n-Play and high chair/booster chair.
*Please note that this unit has a perfect setup for 2 families (2 couples with up to 4 kids) traveling together, but it does not work well for 3 families (or more than 3 couples) since the Den/3rd bedroom is smaller and isn't as private as the other 2 bedrooms.
*The 3rd bedroom closes off from the living room via sliding frosted glass doors, which still allow some sound and light transmission from the living area.
*Dedicated parking stall for 1 vehicle only. If you have a second car, a pass can be obtained from the front desk allowing you to park in the Visitors Parking area- please note that the Visitors Parking area is on the opposite side of the complex, near the main office. Minivans or large SUVs work great!
