MAUI BANYAN
We
personally own and manage two 1-bedroom condos at the Maui Banyan. Our Maui
Banyan A101 condo features a tasteful, stylish interior including
fully-equipped newly remodeled kitchen with maple cabinets, granite
counters, and stainless
steel appliances, travertine marble flooring in the entry, kitchen and
bathroom, and new island-style furnishings and artwork including 50" flat
screen TV in living room.The Maui Banyan
is located in sunny South Kihei, near Wailea, and is just across the street
from the popular sandy swimming beach, Kamaole II Beach. The complex has 2
swimming/recreation areas with pools/spas and covered dining areas with gas
BBQs as well as complimentary tennis. Many shops and dining options are
within a short walking distance.
We provide beach towels, beach
chairs, coolers, and tennis rackets for guests of our units. Four person
maximum occupancy.
Rates 2008
$175/night (for 2 guests) + 11.42% Hawaii State Taxes + $75 outcleaning fee
$10/night/person extra person fee for 3rd and 4th guests (including
children)
OFF SEASON SPECIAL: $149/night during May and September 5-December 15
(except Thanksgiving)
2.9% processing fee for credit card payments
50% deposit required to hold reservation
Payment in full required 30 days prior to arrival
*Cancellation/Change Policy: Full refund
cancellations/changes prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival. Less than
60 days to arrival, no refund unless unit is re-booked. Protect yourself
