Located in sunny South Kihei, Maui, near the high-end resort area of Wailea, you will find your vacation condo convenient to all the activities that Maui has to offer. The Maui Banyan condo is just across the street from gorgeous sandy Kamaole II Beach in South Kihei, and many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance from the condos. South Kihei is the most desirable area of Kihei because of the abundance of sandy swimming beaches and proximity to Wailea Resort. We offer several condo options that are perfect for everyone from couples on their honeymoon to families traveling with children to larger groups traveling together (our Maui condos can accommodate up to 12 guests if they are rented together). Come fall in love with the gorgeous kitchens in our one-bedroom condos or our affordable studio condos. Each condo is well-equipped with everything for a comfortable Maui vacation. Studio or One Bedroom Maui Condos are Modern and Comfortable Each condo is tastefully furnished with contemporary island-style decor. One bedroom floorplans have a double lanai (patio) and no wasted hallway space, so both the living room and the bedroom are light and attractive and have sliding doors that open up to the patio. Our studio condos are small but efficient, with large flatscreen TVs, DVD players with a selection of popular DVDs, small kitchenettes, and lots of fluffy white towels and high-thread count linens. Condos Within Walking Distance of Many Kihei Restaurants, Shopping and Beaches The Maui Banyan complex is located just across the street from gorgeous sandy swimming beach Kamaole II Beach in South Kihei. The resort offers two pool/spas, complimentary tennis, and eight Weber gas BBQs in three different areas. Stroll to many nearby Kihei restaurants and shops, as well as several other sandy swimming beaches. Wailea resorts and the Shops at Wailea are less than 1 mile away.
